Tea Party spokesman to discuss Ron Paul, militant supporters on Internet radio

Mike Michaels, the Senior Media Director for the Fort Lauderdale, FL, Tea Party and Redstate diarist, will discuss the candidacy of Ron Paul in what is sure to be a no-holds-barred online radio program.

The two-hour program is set to start Sunday, February 5, at 9 pm EST (6 pm PST), and can be heard here.

Rebecca Diserio, the host of "Politically Incorrect Guardian Radio," writes that Michaels is "a man on a mission."

That mission?  To "get Ron Paul and his cult followers out of the Republican Party," he told the Spokane Conservative Examiner.

Michaels is one of several who have been named on a so-called "dirty list" - an informal proto-enemies list - for disagreeing with and opposing Ron Paul.  The list has been passed around by some of Paul's supporters on Facebook, and includes administrators of various anti-Paul Facebook pages, this author, and others.

Michaels, an administrator of a group with over 11,000 members, was placed on the list, in part, for blocking an estimated 200 obnoxious Paul supporters on his group.

The Redstate diarist had no kind words for the Texas Congressman or his more militant followers, and says he believes the party should "ostracize Paul and his 'nutjob' supporters," and promised to explain why.

Among the topics Michaels plans to discuss are:  Death threats reportedly made by supporters of the Texas Congressman, the obnoxious and potentially illegal behavior exhibited by some of Paul's supporters and the positions taken by Paul himself.

The discussion is certain to be lively and unlike anything one would see on a Sunday morning 'talking head' discussion program.
