Although Taylor Swift may still be hurting after her breakup with One Direction’s Harry Styles, the “Red” starlet has reportedly vowed to make “better decisions” when it comes to dating, reveals Entertainmentwise this Saturday, Feb. 2. Sources allege that while Taylor Swift may be lonely for Valentine’s Day, she doesn’t want to be seen as a “laughing stock” among fans by getting into another relationship so soon.
Taylor Swift let fans know that her relationship with Harry Styles had come to an end last week at the NRJ Music Awards in France, singing “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.” The pop country starlet now seems to be more careful in her dating life, even if that means this Valentine’s Day may be a single one for her.
“Taylor loves being in love,” said an inside source to Hollywood Life. “She’s definitely taking her time before another relationship this time, though, after [Harry Styles.] It’s going to be hard this Valentine’s Day for her without having someone, but she wants to make better decisions in love so she isn’t a laughing stock.”
The insider adds that Taylor Swift may still feel hurt right now, but she has her friends and her music to support her.
“Work and friends are keeping [Taylor] busy, but she’s also having fun. She’s in that post-relationship phase where she keeps talking s*** about her ex Harry to anyone that listens to try and prove [she] did nothing wrong.”
Whether it be a new breakup song or simply another bestselling hit single, it likely won’t be long before the lovely Taylor Swift has found new love or success in her career.
