Taylor Swift sued over canceled concert (Photos)

Taylor Swift is being sued over a canceled concert. On Feb. 20, US Magazine reported that Taylor received over $2.5 million for Capital Hoedown's 2012 music festival. The show was later canceled, but Taylor kept the money.

She said that she would not reschedule. Over 1.8 million had to be given back to people who had bought concert tickets and did not get to see what they paid to see. This is a lot of money to have to give back to people who planned to attend.

Taylor Swift's rep did speak out to TMZ and said that they haven't even seen the lawsuit. If she is being sued, then she doesn't even know about it yet. She is also saying that she never agreed to a deal with the ticket company at all.

Are you shocked to hear that Taylor Swift is being sued over this money? Do you think she will just give it back instead of dealing with a lawsuit? Sound off in the comments on your thoughts below.
