Taylor Swift slams Tina Fey is making national headlines this evening, as Reuters reported this Tuesday, March 5, that Taylor Swift recently gave a sharp verbal jab back at funny comedians Tina Fey and Amy Poehler recently, allegedly over their remarks about her public dating life at the Golden Globes this 2013.
Under the headline, “Taylor Swift slams Tina Fey, Amy Poehler on love life joke”, sources report that talented pop country singer Taylor Swift struck back at Amy Poehler and Tina Fey this week for making fun of her relationships and love life during her interview with Vanity Fair.
The Taylor Swift slams Tina Fey search term came as a result of Golden Globes hosts Poeher and Fey making a below-the-belt jab at Taylor, warning her to “stay away” from Michael J. Fox’s son. And while Taylor Swift is usually open in her feelings about her love life through her music and songs, she did seem hurt and a bit angry at the playful comment from the female comedians this time around.
To Katie Couric via Vanity Fair, Taylor Swift said:
“There's a special place in hell for women who don't help other women. For a female to write about her feelings, and then be portrayed as some clingy, insane, desperate girlfriend in need of making you marry her and have kids with her, I think that's taking something that potentially should be celebrated - a woman writing about her feelings in a confessional way - that's taking it and turning it and twisting it into something that is frankly a little sexist," she finished.
