On any given day the internet is full of rumors surrounding Taylor Swift; but no one knows them better than Taylor herself according to a recent report on Feb. 11 at Us Weekly. Us Weekly comments about the current issue of Elle magazine in which the country singer tries to clear up the misconceptions about her failed romances.
Swift’s failed romances contain a powerhouse of elite guys, including One Direction singer Harry Styles, Conor Kennedy, John Mayer and Jake Gyllenhall. Swift jokes, “I am sure if I looked up the latest Google Alerts rumor it would say I’m chasing somebody who doesn’t like me as much as much as I like him.” She jokes about how the media loves to portray her as this strong woman who chases after these boys and comes on way too strong. Taylor says, “I never chase boys. They don’t like it!”
It was recently reported by the Detroit Celebrity Examiner that Taylor was reunited with Harry Styles during the Cannes Music Festival in a French hotel. Swift had nothing to say about the matter in the recent Elle interview. There is speculation she took a jab at him during Feb. 10 Grammy introduction performance which Swift performed “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.” The song contained a commentary; Taylor used a mock British accent.
