On August 27th, Taylor Swift returned to Kennebunkport, Maine, where she filmed the video for her latest single, "Mine" to premiere the video in a CMT special. Swift realized that she wanted to return to the amazingly scenic area to share with the premiere with the local residents, which included former President George H.W. Bush, who also brought his grandkids to see Taylor.
Talking to CMT's Katie Cook, Swift explained the inspiration for "Mine." "For me, I am so obsessed with love and fascinated by it, but I'm also kind of confused by it, too. I have this habit of sort of running away from it. This song is about the idea that if you met the right person -- and you've met that person that was worth working through and fighting for -- that you could make it actually work out."
