Taylor Swift was taking her very short-lived relationship with her younger boyfriend, Conor Kennedy very seriously. So seriously, that she bought a house next to his families home. Mind you, Conor was still in high school. Jokes began spreading about Taylor's ways and how she was overbearing which she denied. In Vanity Fair she stated "Apparently I buy houses next to every boy I like." Well now Taylor, the jokes on you. Because she did actually buy a house right next his, and has now sold it.
Realtor Bob Kinlin tells E! News that she did in fact buy a Hyannis Port, Mass. house and he was the one who sold it to her. Taylor bought the house 7 months ago, which includes 7 bedrooms, for $4.8 million. The relationship between Taylor and Conor didn't last very long and the couple ended up parting ways. The good news though, Taylor sold the house two weeks ago and ended up making a million dollar profit on it. Although she might not be lucky in the love department, she sure is lucky when it comes to making money.
