On Feb. 10 singer-songwriter Taylor Swift performed her hit single "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" live at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards. The award show took place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and for the performance Swift put her own twist on "Alice in Wonderland". Taylor Swift Announces Summer 2013 Tour Dates
Taylor Swift was the first to perform at the Grammy Awards, and her all white outfit resembled that of the Mad Hatter in "Alice in Wonderland". Even her back-up dancers resembled "Alice in Wonderland" characters. During the middle of her performance Swift used a British accent during a speaking verse of the song.
Not only did she use a British accent but she also changed the lyrics in her song to, "So he calls me up and he's like, I still love you, and I'm like, I'm sorry but I'm busy opening up the Grammy's and we're never getting back together!"
At the 2013 Grammy Awards Swift took home one award. She won Best Song Written for Visual Media for her song "Safe & Sound" which was a collaboration with The Civil Wars. Her win tonight brings Swift's total to seven Grammy Award wins.
