Taylor Swift and Harry Styles were on the same stage on Saturday night, but at different times during the NRJ Awards in Cannes, France. The two entertainers who once were holding hands now were doing their best to avoid each other at all costs during one of the biggest European music award shows in January. According to Grazia Daily, the separation was essential as the show must go on.
Taylor Swift arrived on the red carpet in a shimmering sequined mini Elie Saab dress. She topped it off with a pair of Jimmy Choo heels and she didn’t look anything less than gorgeous. Letting her hair down to frame her face, the entertainer seemed to give the fans a look at her love for fabulous fashion.
While Harry Styles kept with his band, One Direction, there wasn’t any doubt of the friction going on behind the scenes. In fact some say Taylor Swift appeared to be peering at Harry Styles when she performed on stage as she looked directly at Styles in the stands.
As short dates go, the saga of Taylor Swift and Harry Styles appears to be still going as the two apparently keep running into each other at the award shows. Unfortunately that’s what happens when famous people date other famous people.
