Taylor Swift has earned two new entries into the Guinness Book of World Records.
The country singer's hit, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" took the title for fastest-selling digital single, after it climbed to number one on the iTunes chart, as Digitalspy reported on September 4, 2013.
She is also the first solo female artist with two million-selling weeks on the U.S. Billboard album charts, which she achieved with her 2010 album, Speak Now.
Interestingly enough, Taylor's ex-boyfriend, Harry Styles, earned a Guinness World Record of his own. His band, One Direction, achieved the record for highest debut by a UK group on the US singles chart with their hit, "Live While We're Young."
Back in February, Taylor took some digs at her ex when she performed her record-breaking hit. In an English accent, she mocked him saying, "So he calls me up and he's like, 'I still love you,' and I'm like, 'I'm sorry, I'm busy opening up the Grammys.'"
However, some of the post-breakup animosity between them seems to have dissipated. Taylor and Harry hung out together at a VMA after-party, along with Ed Sheeran, and Instagram user "Spikyphil," as omg! reported on August 26.
The "22" singer seemed to be comfortable in such close proximity with her ex. Meanwhile, her tour mate, Ed, has managed to remain friends with both Taylor and Harry since the breakup.
Congrats to Taylor, One Direction, and all those who earned places in the 2014 Guinness Book of World Records!
