Taylor Swift hopes to clear up all the attention of her dating life with the fans. In the new interview hitting the shelves in April for Vanity Fair magazine, the entertainer shares what’s going on in her life without all the tabloid drama. On Tuesday the first peek of the interview was revealed and Swift shares that she only has had two boyfriends in the past two years.
“If you want some big revelation, since 2010 I have dated exactly two people,” said Taylor Swift to the magazine reflecting on only two guys seen out of a half dozen people she has been photographed with. Apparently she is referencing Conor Kennedy and One Direction’s Harry Styles.
Of course that isn’t what the public has seen. With photographs of the star spending time with others, Taylor Swift is aware that people think she has more than a few boyfriends.
“The fact that there are slide shows of a dozen guys that I either hugged on a red carpet or met for lunch or wrote a song with. . . it’s just kind of ridiculous,” states Taylor Swift about her personal life.
Ridiculous or not, the fans usually don’t get clarification from the star as she is far too vague to stop the rumors. While being chatted up in the press about personal lives might not be the most comfortable thing, it does help sell albums.
