Taylor Swift continues to prove she's 'Fearless' with SNL & DWTS gigs + a new baby...guitar, that is

With 4 CMA nods Taylor shows no signs of stopping

In addition to being interviewed by Oprah and pint-sized megafan, 10 year old Jordan, who Taylor Swift had surprised on her last visit to O's Chicago set, in recent weeks Taylor also received CMA nods for Female Vocalist of the Year, Album of the Year (for her chart-topping Fearless), Music Video of the Year (for Love Story) and most impressively, she makes history by being the youngest performer ever in the history of the CMAs to be nominated for Entertainer of the Year.  The 19-year-old country sensation is also the only female among the pack vying for the prestigious award this year as her name will be called alongside Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley, George Strait and Keith Urban.  As if being interviewed by Oprah Winfrey and receiving four CMA nominations wasn't enough to prove Taylor Swift continues to rise above detractors like Kanye West, check out what Country Music's Sweetheart has scheduled next.

Taylor Guitar's Taylor Swift Baby Taylor

Looks like Taylor might get a chance for some sweet revenge on Kanye , or at least a chance to poke fun at the uncomfortable MTV VMA occurrence, as she appears on Saturday Night Live's November 7 episode as both music guest and host.  It wouldn't surprise me if thunder-stealing Kanye even takes part in the jab.  Heck, Madonna recently managed to snag the spotlight from Lady Gaga during Gaga's recent SNL appearance, by an unannounced appearance in a skit with her rumored nemesis Gaga, so why wouldn't media-hungry Kanye attempt the same?

Fans of Swift needn't wait until November 7 to see Taylor on the small screen, however, as it has been leaked that she will be the music guest on Dancing With The Stars next week on the October 27 results show.  No word on what Taylor will sing, but chances are she'll perform two songs, one old and one new, as the results show is an hour-long and now that they are down to only nine couples, they seem to be filling the time with more performances and less results.

There's no denying Taylor Swift is a doll.

If you know a young Taylor fan or just an aspiring singer/songwriter who might be too old to play with the line of singing Taylor Swift dolls that will no doubt top holiday lists again this year, check out the just released Baby Taylor.  No, it's not a toddler doll version of the teen songstress, it's a smaller version of one of Taylor's guitars, manufactured by Taylor Guitars--no relation. The renown guitar manufacturer has teamed with the young performer to produce the Taylor Swift Baby Taylor.  The six-string instrument is called a Baby due to it's smaller 3/4 size dreadnought body.  Constructed of Sitka Spruce, with a Laminated Sapele back and sides, and a Tropical American Mahogany neck and ebony bridge the guitar features a custom screen-printed flourish design with a reproduction of Taylor's signature and the title of her current CD, Fearless between the sound-hole and the bridge.

Having debuted last year around this time, the Taylor Swift dolls are still available and sell for around $15 for the non-singing fashion doll versions and $20 for the singing ones.  If you're willing to invest a little more cash into your potential future-Taylor, the Taylor Swift Baby Taylor guitar will run you somewhere in the neighborhood of $300.
