Taylor Swift looks like she might have to write a new breakup song. Taylor and Harry Styles broke up after an almost two month romance it was reported to MailOnline by multiple sources on Jan. 7. The two had flown off for a romantic getaway after New Year's, but an unpredicted fight sent Swift to shorten the trip and head back to the states after just arriving Jan. 4-three days after arriving in the Caribbean.
Swift, 23, and Styles, 18, were apart on Christmas, but were able to ring in the new year together with a big kiss in Times Square. Then they flew off to the Caribbean. However, the getaway was shortened because of some sort of argument between the two. Taylor left, but Harry stayed behind and partied his sorrows away. He was pictured with Virgin boss Richard Branson and others on his private island, Necker, that was nearby.
An insider told Life & Style:
"They are both really busy and never in one place for long. Harry's really upset about the split and is really sensitive about it," the insider said. "Loads of his friends told him to be careful and that it was never going to last, and he feels a little foolish now that it's fallen apart so quickly."
Styles 'did plenty of partying' while he was on Necker Island. The next day, he returned to Virgin Gorda early in the morning looking like he had a 'raucous night.' Harry was evidently living it up without his ex-girlfriend shown by photos posted online by his fans. The photos show the "One Direction" singer enjoying himself in a hot tub with Branson and some other guests and standing shirtless with fans. Styles returned from his vacation on Monday which was three days after Taylor had left.
