Taylor Lautner and Paul Walker are just a few good men in a long list of celebrities who practice marital arts.
"When your heart is pounding and the adrenaline is surging, there's no doubt that you're living," says actor Paul Walker to Women's Health magazine on his love for martial arts.

Taylor Lautner, a world champion in karate, was ranked number one in the world at age eleven and won the Junior World Championships under coach Michael Chaturantabut at age twelve.
Often putting his karate and martial arts skills on display (a la Saturday Night Live), Lautner says he'll be more likely to use his skills in upcoming Twilight movies as he plays the ever-transforming character of "Jacob".
"Once [Jacob] transforms, he is very agile so I think that's where most of it will come into play," he said to Rolling Stone magazine in a past interview. "We've got a few things up our sleeves that I'll be able to do to show Jacob's agility post transformation."
But these beefed-up hotties aren't the only ones taking a chop out of karate and martial arts sports variations. Other celebs that indulge in the practice (or a variation thereof) include Twilight: New Moon actress Ashley Greene, supermodel Bar Refaeli, actor Wesley Snipes, actress Jessica Alba (practice Tai-bo), Courteney Cox Arquette (practices power karate), actress Kylie Minogue (practices Taekwondo) and actress Evan Rachel Wood.
