Brace yourself, Twilight fans! Taylor Lautner of 'The Twilight Saga: New Moon' is coming to SNL on December 12 as the host for the evening. Bon Jovi will be the musical act that evening.

According to TwilightSource, the press release says that Lautner will be promoting 'Valentine's Day,' his upcoming film that also stars Taylor Swift.
