Taylor Armstrong's fiancé John Bluher is planning to adopt her daughter, Kennedy Armstrong.

Years ago, following the announcement of Taylor and Kennedy's father Russell Armstrong's split, Russell committed suicide by hanging himself at the residence in Beverly Hills where he was living.

After Russell's death, life was understandably difficult for Taylor and Kennedy, especially after Taylor was left responsible for a lawsuit filed against Russell in which he was ordered to pay millions.

Despite all of the hardship, Taylor found happiness with John and the two have been together ever since. While things aren't always easy in their relationship, they are working through things and John recently took a big step towards their future marriage -- he announced plans to adopt her daughter.

“I want her to be my daughter,” John told Taylor on Thursday night's finale of Couples Therapy, according to a March 7 report by Radar Online.

“There could be no better father for Kennedy,” Taylor said in response. “You make me feel safe and protected, but you don’t make me feel afraid. I cannot wait to be your wife.”

So far, the pair haven't set a wedding date, but now that they have wrapped filming on Couple's Therapy, it could happen at any time.
