Taylor Armstrong defended herself regarding why she didn't know her daughter, Kennedy, was at Kyle Richards' house on Monday's episode of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." Taylor updated her Bravo blog Feb. 18 and explained the circumstances surrounding the drama.
Taylor wrote:
"It was Friday, the day of Kim's nose unveiling party and I had meetings scheduled through the afternoon. Kennedy was to be spending the weekend with her grandparents in Orange County. My nanny was instructed to stop by Kyle’s house prior to meeting my mother to pick up Kennedy’s iPad. She had left it there during a playdate with Portia and the girls a few days prior.
"When Kennedy and the nanny stopped by, Kyle suggested Kennedy go with she and Portia to Kim’s event so they could play together."
Both Taylor and Kyle live in the same neighborhood and Kennedy often has sleepovers at Kyle's house. Taylor said the nanny decided to let Kennedy stay over at Kyle's without consulting her because she trusts her judgement and since Kyle is like a second mother to her daughter, it wasn't a big deal.
In ending her blog post, the "Real Housewives" star was disappointed she wasn't more supported by her friends on the show. Various reports have speculated that Taylor Armstrong won't be on season 4 of the show.
"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 3 airs Monday nights on Bravo at 8 p.m., ET. Viewers in Portland, Ore. can tune into the show at 5 p.m., PT.
