It looks like “X Factor” winner Tate Stevens is living his dream. He is officially in Nashville working on his music after winning that $5 million recording contract to begin his career as a country superstar. Taste of Country posted a photo on Jan. 9 of the country boy, along with singer John Rich, as it looks like they are doing some collaborating together.
The 37-year-old “X Factor” winner has been taking to his Twitter to keep his fans updated on everything that is happening in his new life as a singer/songwriter. One mysterious tweet he sent out a few days ago said, “Writing with johnrich we determined that #jesus did not turn the water into Dr.Pepper!!” Is this a line from a new song or a private joke between the two of them? Whatever it may be, fans are certainly happy to know that he is making friends who will help him along in his career in music.
John Rich has been known to share his expertise in the business as he was a mentor in the singing competition “The Next: Fame is at Your Doorstep” last year. Now that he is writing with the new country artist, there should be some amazing music between the two of them. Stevens is excited about being in the studio and has his family supporting him through all of this.
Tate Stevens is already a household name and his fans are looking forward to hearing what he has in store on his future debut album. No word yet on when it will become available. Stay tuned for updates.
