"Taste the Season" menu at Fleming's through March 10th.

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar's Executive Chef Russell Skall has crafted a market-driven menu showcasing the best the season has to offer, served in two courses for $40.95, excluding tax, gratuity, beverages. You can enhance your "Taste the Season" menu, with a featured seasonal cocktail and dessert for an added cost.

The current menu, available through March 10th, starts with a lemon ricotta crostini with Bosc pear that layers housemade ricotta laced with lemon zest on a crisp garlic herb crostini with fresh sliced winter bosc pear, Meyer lemon honey and fresh orange zest. The main course consists of an iron-seared Delmonico steak with bearnaise butter, spiced blue crab glacage, crisp potato cake and heirloom carrots with lemon-garlic butter.

If you would like to have the full experience, the Pomegranate and Sage Margarita costs $9.95 and the frozen amaretto souffle costs $7.95. You can also order them separately, and add to any other Fleming's order.
