Have you ever wanted to take a chance and try out a variety of food in one place from culinary experts? Well, Taste Talks is coming to NYC and Chicago with an array of the world's top luminaries in food. Foodies get the opportunity to delve into the "future of taste" experience, curated by Danny Bowien and presented by restaurateur and media personality Mario Batali, known for his roles on The Chew and Iron Chef America.

Chefs & Influencers: Taste Talks is definitely putting NYC's Brooklyn on the map with James Beard Award-winning chef Danny Bowien (of Mission Chinese and Mission Cantina fame) who will serve as Master of Ceremonies. Select chefs include Brooks Headley, Andy Ricker, and Alex Guarnashelli among those scheduled to speak.

Talent: Brooklyn will be met with an array of talent including Wylie Dufresne, food editor of Brooklyn Magazine Sarah Zorn, TV personality Sara Moulton, NYT's Sam Sifton, Food & Wine Magazine's Kate Krader, Momofuku Milk Bar owner Christina Tosi and more.

Chicago / Oct. 3rd-5th, 2014

Chefs & Influencers: Dave Cleverton of Kinnikinnick Farm, Jessica Murnane of One Part Plant, Jake Bickelhaupt from 42 Grams, Food Stylist Johanna Lowe and Anne Owen of Owen + Alchemy. In addition to these food curators, there will be establishments hosting as well including: Eataly, Open Secret Studios, and Palmer Square are slated to host several events throughout the weekend, including an All-Star BBQ, where elite chefs like Paul Kahan, Marc Vetri, Danny Bowien, Matty Matheson and Rick Bayless.

Look out for the “Mother of Pearl” dinner hosted at Kinmont Restaurant and All-Star BBQ duties, Paul Kahan will be joining Marc Vetri, Dave Cleverton and Michel Nischan to discuss the world of farm-to-table dining on the panel, “The Evolution of The Farm Dinner in City Dining.” In addition, Chef Rick Bayless will take part in a one-on-one interview discussing his career and passions. And to help attendees bolster their Instagram food shots, Huge Galdones, Johanna Lowe and other successful food photographers will show the crowd the tips and tricks that will help tell a better story through taste at their “Food Photography and Storytelling Technique Lab” panel.
