Throughout the two-week event, Carbone’s will offer a special three-course, prix fixe menu for $20.12 (tax and gratuity not included). Diners may choose a winter barley salad or Carbone’s signature garden salad. Entrée choices include gnocchi Bolognaise, salmon senape, shrimp fra diablo, eggplant parmigiana, fettuccine alfredo, veal marsala, or chicken piccata.
