If you are looking for great food and wonderful, live entertainment this weekend, August 27th, 28th, and 29th, hop in your car and head north to the city of Blue Ash, Ohio, for their annual Taste of Blue Ash. Each year, restaurants throughout Blue Ash and surrounding areas bring their finest to showcase their restaurant to potential customers.

With more then 20 restaurants participating in this year’s Taste of Blue Ash, there are more then enough choices to suit every palate. However, if you are like me and want to try as many places as possible, the Taste of Blue Ash makes it easy to do just that. With prices like $4.00 for a prime rib sandwich from The White House Inn, $4.50 for a pulled pork BBQ sandwich from The Montgomery Inn, $4.50 for a 1/4 slab of BBQ baby back ribs from Symmes Tavern on the Green, and $3.50 for a slice of key lime pie from Servatii Pastry Shop, you can fill up your belly without emptying your wallet. No need to feel guilty about grazing from one restaurant’s booth to another. After all, this is the Taste of Blue Ash, so you should taste as much as possible.

In addition to the wonderful food, Taste of Blue Ash also features great, free entertainment. On Friday, Little River Band headlines the schedule, performing at 9:00 pm. Saturday, Night Ranger performs at 7:00 pm and The Guess Who perform at 9:00 pm. Closing out this year’s Taste is Justin Moore at 5:00 pm and Phil Vasser at 7:00 pm.

Additional Info: The Taste of Blue Ash is located in the Towne Square at the corner of Hunt and Cooper Roads in Blue Ash. Hours – Friday 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Saturday 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Sunday 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Admission is free. Shuttle and parking information can be found here.
