Hikers, bikers, travelers and those on the move each and every day need to multi-task and that holds true when talking about the tech devices and accessories they use.

So, not to be left behind, Tasklab LLC, has released two new products and gave one of their popular items a refresh to better meet the needs of consumers.

The new products are the myTask Urban and myTask Bike.

The redesign is of their very successful, TaskOne. TaskLab realizes that the accessories we use are just as important as the smartphone we carry. We have to protect our valuable smartphone and what not get something else out of the cases and accessories we use?

Let's take a look at the new products in the TaskLab line of offerings.

myTask Bike

Per TaskLabs:

For the cycling enthusiast or bike commuter, the myTask Bike is packed with 22 hardened steel bicycle specific tools and a 4 pc tire patch kit should an emergency arise while riding a bike around the city, to the park or en route to work. Everything the biker needs for a ride, housed in a sleek, slim yet durable polycarbonate shell case.

My take:

They are right on the mark with this product. I know numerous passionate cyclists and they demand protection and durability. When you throw in a hidden patch kit for a tire, this is a no-brainer.

myTask Urban

Per TaskLabs:

The Urban tray contains accessories such as an 8gb USB stick, mirror, tweezers, bottle opener, 2” scissors, pen, and a mini-LED light – perfect for those on the go.

My take:

I love what they pack into this small case. the USB stick is innovative, the bottle opener and pen are cool, but the mini-LED light can come in handy. I'm surprised there isn't one on more cases. This is a worthwhile product and you don't have to be a survivalist to appreciate it.

The new TaskOne G3

This is a “tool box” packed into an iPhone case.

Here is what you get, and it's a great list:

22 440C hardened stainless steel tools
Two kickstands
A universal saw blade mount
Built from materials like aircraft-aluminum and polycarbonate
A 2.5" knife that with the saw mount can cut through rebar, 2x4s, and copper piping
This is a strong and durable case.
