Friday is Black Friday, the biggest shopping day of the year and the 2009 Sales are out for Target, Best Buy, and Walmart. As we get closer to Black Friday the big chain stores, like Target, Best Buy and Walmart are releasing more information on the sale items for Black Friday. Doorbuster items are only offered for the first few hours the store is open.
Consumer spending was expected to drop 3.2% over the holidays this year, but now many reports indicate that spending this Christmas will be better than last year. Many retailers want to make the most of getting retailers into their stores for Black Friday, the busiest shopping day of the year.

Black Friday Store hours:
Walmart will open at 6 am on Thanksgiving and stay open through Black Friday, November 27.
Toys R Us will be open at midnight on Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving).
Best Buy will open at 5 am, but will use a ticket policy for those waiting in line outside before that (tickets will be issued within 2 hours of opening, each store will decide what time they will give those tickets out).
Target will open at 5 am on Black Friday.
