Chef Joan Tanya Dot has created a night to remember for Valentine’s Day at Tapas Y Vino at the Grand Millennium Sukhumvit on 14 Feb 2013. You can whisper "words of love" over a enthralling 6-course Spanish set dinner. The romantic evening will be filled with flamenco music from guitarist Vincent Chavez. The Valentine’s Day set dinner is priced at $66.77USD (1,999Baht)++ per person inclusive of a glass of sparkling wine and a complimentary heart shaped chocolate. The dishes featured include:

  • Caspian Dark Caviar & ‘Fine de Claire’ Oysters Duo w/ Champagne Emulsion
  • Pan Fried Snow Fish, Creamy Potato Puree, Raisins, Nuts & Garlic Sautéed Spinach
