Spanish Chef Joan will bring one of Spain’s most popular celebrations, “La Noche de Valencia” (also known as Fallas de Valencia) to Tapas Y Vino at the Grand Millennium Sukhumvit on Friday, 29 March 2013. The models are burnt at night in conjunction with a fireworks display.
