Spanish Chef Joan will bring one of Spain’s most popular celebrations, “La Noche de Valencia” (also known as Fallas de Valencia) to Tapas Y Vino at the Grand Millennium Sukhumvit on Friday, 29 March 2013. The models are burnt at night in conjunction with a fireworks display. To celebrate this fiesta in Bangkok, Chef Joan will serve up a selection of traditional tapas alongside with sangria and wines, highlighted by seafood paella cooked in a “giant” pan!
