Tapas Valencia will bring guests on a journey from the South Loop through Spain on October 28th. Starting with a cocktail hour at 6:30 p.m., guests will experience a five course menu paired with some of Spain's signature wines.
The restaurant boasts a complete menu filled with creative and traditional hot and cold tapas, as well as a variety of paellas, and of course, delicious wines and martinis.
The Jorge Ordonez wine dinner will introduce selections from wine expert Robert Houde, who distributes Fine Estates from Spain, paired painstakingly with traditional and modern Spanish cuisine. Houde will be on hand to walk guests through each course's pairing. From prawns in Romesco sauce to braised boneless lamb shank, the menu is a soulful and authentically pleasing taste of Spain.
The dinner, including wine pairings, is $59 per person plus tax. Reservations are required.
