Tamra Judge's ex-husband Simon Barney claims she neglected their children

Tamra Judge's ex-husband Simon Barney recently filed documents to strip her of custody of their three kids, claiming she is an unfit parent, failing to properly feed and bathe the children.

In the court documents, obtained by Radar Online and filed in California on March 28, Barney claimed Judge has been "very neglectful" in her care for the children, which has resulted in them "not getting prompt medical care, nutritional meals, hygienic care, and deterioration in their school work and attendance."

During a March 7 incident, Barney claims their son Spencer, 13, injured his thumb while under Judge's care, but sadly, Judge failed to take him to the doctor. According to Barney, Judge was asked to take Spencer to the doctor but refused. When Spencer returned to his father's home, Barney immediately took him to urgent care where it was found that the thumb was broken.

Also included in the court documents are text messages between the former couple, in which Barney alleges their 8-year-old daughter, Sophia, was once so dirty that he found bugs in her hair.

“You haven’t washed Sophia hair in 3 days,” Barney wrote in one message to his ex wife.

“She had a bath yesterday and was too weak. It’s not a big deal,” Judge responded. “She has been in bed the entire time at the house.”

Barney claims that Judge's parenting has gotten so bad that Sophia has gone two to five days without bathing and has even returned to his home after spending time with Judge “wearing the same underwear she had been wearing when she was dropped off by Petitioner days earlier.”

Things with Judge are so severe that, according to Barney, their oldest daughter, Sidney, 15, asked to move out last October and has been living with him ever since.

“Additionally, there is rarely any food in the home for the children to eat, as Respondent’s general practice is to eat out,” the documents claim. “As a result of the instability, the children rarely have a nutritional meal at Respondent’s home, and are often sick.”

Judge and Barney are due to appear in court on April 24.
