Earlier this week, it was reported that Simon Barney, Judge's ex-husband, had filed to strip Judge's custody of their three children, claiming that she is neglectful, failing to care for them and bathe them when they are with her.
Following the report, Judge denied claims via social media, telling her fans the allegations were "false" and that Barney is causing pain to everyone and hurting their children.
According to an April 16 report by Radar Online, Sidney took to Twitter on Tuesday where she accused her mother of telling lies and assured fans that she is not suffering, as Judge had implied.
On the social media site, Sidney told Judge to “stop lying about everything,” and said she was “not suffering,” despite what her mother may say.
Judge's new husband, Eddie, also got in on the action on Twitter, which led to a dispute between him and Sidney.
”If u need money wouldn’t u just ask?" Eddie wrote online. “Why embarrass the kids through all these false allegations? Will this justify u?”
In response, Sidney said that if her father, whom she has been living with by choice since Oct. 2013 “needed money, he would have gone for child support and not full custody.”
In another post, Sidney commented on Judge's recently family vacation to Hawaii, which she confirmed she was not invited on, but wouldn't have gone even if she were.
According to the report, Sidney has only seen her mother a handful of times in the last few months, but Judge's two youngest children continue to spend time with her and were in attendance during her trip to Hawaii.
