Tamra Barney’s problems keep getting worse. First, her ex-husband, Simon Barney, accused her of child neglect. Now her daughter, Sidney, claims that Tamra is verbally and emotionally abusive to her.

Simon alleges that his kids are targets of ridicule and that the other kids bully them because of her mother’s status and role on "Real Housewives of Orange County." They have missed many school days because of it. Radar Online reports that according to court documents, Tamra is accused of neglecting her kids and it cites Sophia’s homework as proof because she doesn’t finish her assignments and she skips school regularly. The documents also state that Tamra is suspected of forging Sophia’s school reading logs.

Sidney requested permission to live with Simon and it was granted.

So far, the kids are not to appear on the reality show, “Real Housewives of Orange County” without the approval or permission from both Tamra and Simon. However, that could change as Tamra entered a motion that Simon’s consent will no longer be required. Her reason for this action is that she feels it is in the kid’s best interest to appear on "RHOC."

Both parents are ordered by the court to take a 730 Evaluation. This will show Tamra and Simon’s mental state and it will evaluate their parenting skills. Tamra and Simon have three children together; Sidney, 15, Spencer, 13, and Sophia, 8.

Tamra said that the allegations brought against her by Simon are not true. “I am very [saddened] by my [ex-husband’s] attempt to publicly hurt me with false allegations. Why doesn’t he understand he is hurting our [children?] My heart is broken and one day he will see the pain he has caused everyone.”
