The Tampa Museum of Art held its 4th Annual “CITY: Fashion +Art +Culture” 2013 event today. The museum’s goal with this event is to bring the world's best Art to the Tampa Bay area and to raise funds to help support its many exhibitions and educational programs.
The event featured a fashion show by Neiman Marcus, a silent auction of art-inspired designs by up and coming student designers from USF School of Theater and Dance, along with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails by some of Tampa’s best local restaurants and vendors including: Eddie V’s, Chocolate Pi, Cigar City Brewing, Tito’s handmade Vodka and more.
This high fashion and highly anticipated event has sold out every year since its conception and it is usually held in September (which is considered fashion month) to coincide with fashion weeks from around the world.
The fashion show by Neiman Marcus included some of the latest Fall-Winter trends and fashions including: Lace, boots, the new neutral which is red, violet, leopard prints, and leather just to name a few. Take a look at some of the pictures from the show in the slideshow.
