Attention chocoholics Tampa’s Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) located at 4801 E. Fowler Avenue in Tampa, Fla. will be hosting the third Festival of Chocolate. It runs from Saturday, January 19 to Monday, January 21 from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.
The Festival of Chocolate is Florida’s largest chocolate experience that is held not only in Tampa but also in Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale. It features aspects of chocolate that you may have never imagined and seen. Guests will learn about the history and science of chocolate making and about cocoa beans.
Numerous classes and events for all ages are planned for the three day festival -Demonstrations, Kids-4-Chocolate, Adults-4-Chocolate, Wine and Chocolate Pairing, Chocolate Classes and Chocolate Competitions that include a Cocoa Couture Fashion Show, "Best of" Chocolate Indulgence Competition and a Cake Decorating Competition.
And what is a Festival of Chocolate if there are no vendors. There will be 28 vendors selling chocolate delicacies that may be purchased only with chocolate chip coins. Coins may be purchased online at The Festival of Chocolate Merchandise.
