Tammy Sytch files battery complain against boyfriend

On the heels of her sixth arrest stemming from a very volatile relationship with indie wrestler Damien Darling, Tammy "Sunny" Sytch filed a battery complaint against her one time finance yesterday.

Sytch alleges that she had two broken ribs and numerous bruises all over her body at the time of her arrest. Photos taken at the time she was processed by Branford (CT) Police do show Sytch with bruising, swelling and redness on the left side of her face.

Attorney Rob Serafinowicz said of this latest incident "I believe that this situation was blown out of proportion. Tammy is doing her best to deal with her issues. She has made great progress and was putting forth her best efforts to try to identify issues in her relationship,”

While still under the auspices of a prior restraining order Sytch and Darling were being given some leeway toward rebuilding their relationship and Sytch reportedly had permission from the court to visit Darling at his home. Serafinowicz told reporters that Darling had invited Sytch over and the two then got into a disagreement that turned physical.

Sytch is facing numerous misdemeanor and felony counts from previous incidents involving Darling including a number of violation of a protective order, domestic assault involving choking, and disorderly conduct among other charges.

The former WWE Diva was released from her second stint in rehab for emotional distress and alcohol addiction earlier in January.
