Every year the matzoh factory keeps getting bigger and better , Rabbi Engel from Chabad Of Tamarack has a , Matzoh factory for the children, and even the adults participate, the story of Passover (in a short version) is presented to the children at the Winn Dixie of Tamarack Florida, then the fun begins the Wheat is separated, and then ground into flour, then water is mixed , the flour is kneaded , then the children and adults then roll it flat and round, get it ready for the oven,and before you can say "matzos"out it comes , hot and ready to eat, it isn't exactly "kosher for Passover" but gives the kids a feeling of how it was done when the Jews left Egypt many , many years ago.
Winn Dixie is known for its Kosher Deli and bakery sections, in many of its Florida stores, they have been serving this community in Tamarack for many years.
