Tamar Braxton and hubby Vince Herbert are expecting their first child (sources: Good Morning America). Many may not believe until they actually see her baby bump. This unbelievable news comes from all the fuss she made during the taping of the reality show Braxton Family Values. The reality star and singer constantly talked about not wanting to have a baby and had even thought about having her sister Towanda to act as a surrogate to help her and hubby with having a baby.
During a Good Morning America appearance on March 13, the 35 year old, soon-to-be mother made the announcement that they were expecting their first child. She also admitted that she seems to be having a pretty hefty appetite these days. Her 43 year old, record executive husband Vince Herbert must be sitting on top of the world these days. If you watched the reality show Braxton Family Values, you would know Vince thoughts on how he felt about her seemingly not wanting to have a baby and his thought about his wife’s antics of even thinking about asking his sister-in-law, Towanda Braxton to be a surrogate for the two. Vince made it pretty clear that this was something that certainly wasn't going to happen.
Tamar has not revealed her due date, but just simply said the baby is coming sooner than later, revealing she doesn't have many months to go, she’s almost there. This truly is a different Tamar who often talked about not having a child anytime soon because she wanted to kick off her career as a singer. I guess time changes things and I’m sure everyone’s happy for the couple and are looking forward to seeing Tamar move into a different and even more exciting era in her life as a new mom. The reality star and singer also revealed their spin-off show, Tamar & Vince will be returning for a second season. We will more than likely see a pregnant Tamar because the new season of Braxton Family Values premiers March 14 at 9 p.m. EST.
