If Jackie Chan was able to succeed in Hollywood, I can't see why Pacquiao can't. Pacquiao must do what Jackie did, first hire a professional english teacher and be trained on how to speak english with distinct pronounciation, speaking it gramatically correct, esp in front of TV and in microphone where everyone throghout the world can understand what he's trying to say. Judging from his last conferences, Pacquiao now a congressman still needs more training to achieve full respect from everyone who watch and follow him in the US. A very good example I'd like to site is Mr Henry Kissinger, a former US Secretary of State, Gov. Arnold Swhatznegger and President Aquino. They have heavy accent, but speaks english with a distinct pronounciation and deliver the english language in a correct grammar, whereby all listeners can understand fully of what they're talking about. This is the big weakness of Pacquiao and if he wanted to be respected as congressman not only in Hollywood, but throughout the world, he must improved himself in this areas to avoid critics in the likes of Carolla, calling him stupid and uneducated. He should not have any problem of hiring the best in the Philippines, we have so many excellent english teacher. Hoped, Pacquiaos' advisors or close to him can be honest to him and tell him that he needs more improvements in this particular area, esp if he wants to be in the limelight in the US sports TV or talk show.
