'Talking Dead' gives fans a look at 'The Walking Dead' wardrobe department

"Talking Dead" took fans into the wardrobe department of hit show "The Walking Dead." The episode played Sunday night, Feb. 17 on AMC. Show creator Robert Kirkman and "Tru Blood's" Joe Manganiello were guests on the show. The hour-long show discussed the latest episode titled "Home."

Host Chris Hardwick spoke with costume designer Eulyn Womble. She gave viewers a sneak peek at the wardrobe department. She also discussed how she creates the torn and tattered clothing for the show.

Eulyn dressed Chris up in one of the costumes. Chris wore a raggedy gray sweater and denim jeans. The designer makes sure to rip and burn each piece of clothing so it looks as worn as possible.

Womble also gave some secrets to how she makes the clothes look so disgusting. She uses spray paint for pus. The costume designer wouldn't reveal how she makes the zombie blood, though. She did admit that she reuses some of the costumes for other walkers or characters in the show.

"Talking Dead" has discussed the secrets of "The Walking Dead" wardrobe before. This time, fans got an exclusive look at the huge collection.
