Well, here we go again.
The US Government (DARPA, to be exact) is utilizing the whole terrorism thing to spawn yet another oppressive initiative to "clean up" the undesirables in this country—most notably, Christians.
The Advanced Research Project Agency, later changed to Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA), was established in 1958 as a technology research agency, in response to the Soviet Union's successful Sputnik launch.
Seeking out the best in the sciences of physics, materials, information technology and other up-and-coming disciplines, DARPA's original focus was mainly space exploration, ballistic missiles, nuclear testing and the like.
That all changed in the 1940s when the United States took notice of Nazi Germany's mind control program, (World View Warfare), aimed at imposing the Nazi world view (1) on the countries that they had occupied.
The United States jumped on the bandwagon with its own brand of psychological warfare. Dubbed "Project Paperclip," the US Government brought over Nazi scientists—including Josef Mengele, (2) to consult on the project. Over 600 mind scientists were brought into the United States and placed under the direction of the CIA
By the late 1960s, DARPA had discovered, and was experimenting with teleportation and time travel. Andrew Basiago (3) participated in these experiments as a young boy when, in 1967, he and his father teleported from the Curtis Wright Aeronautical facility in New Jersey to Santa Fe, NM. According to Basiago, it was Nikola Tesla who discovered radiant energy, which had the ability to bend time space. Even now, much of Tesla's findings are being kept secret from the public.
Included in the Pegasus Project was a device known as the Montauk chair. According to Basiago, this "chair" is a magnetic transducer that essentially propels the human mind forward in time space, inducing a sort of out-of-body experience where they access a subjective moment in their own future. (Basiago's goes into detail about these projects in his personal website at: http://www.projectpegasus.net/.)
As an interesting aside, Basiago adds that in the 80s, he participated in what was called "jump room training" to Mars with several other young adults—one of whom was Barry Soetaro.
While DARPA busied itself with teleportation and time travel, the CIA focused its energy on committing crimes against humanity, so heinous that they rival those performed in the Soviet Union. Under the MK Ultra program (4) ("MK" signifying its attachment to the Technical Services Staff division, and "Ultra" expressing the highest level of secrecy), experiments were performed on unwitting victims, beginning with the US military and eventually moving on to young children—mostly females. Techniques used were drugs, rape, electric shock and dissociation techniques on children as young as one year.
Whistleblowers eventually came forward in the 1990s to expose the demonic testing and abuse conducted under the supervision of Dr. L. Wilson Green, Dr. Sidney Gottlieb and Dr. Martin Orne. Links to two of the witnesses' testimonies: Christina DeNikola (5) and Cathy O'Brien, (6) are listed, below. A transcript of these proceedings is available at: http://keepethicallightburning.org/chris-denicola-survivor/.
The revelation of these atrocities supposedly put an end to the MK Ultra program, but not to the study of mind control; it just burrowed more deeply underground.
ELECTROMAGNETIC FREQUENCY (EMF)
The use of EMF (or cybernetics) to control human behavior is not as new as most people think. In 1948, Norbert Weiner, (7) the father of cybernetics, wrote Cybernetics: or, Control and Communication in the Animal and the Machine.
In 1962, the CIA discovered that Moscow was directing a low-level microwave beam at the U.S. embassy in Moscow. More curious than outraged, the CIA instituted Project Pandora, (8) hiring a consultant to study effects of these signals on the ambassador and his employees. The ambassador and several employees (without their knowledge), were bombarded with low frequency microwaves for 10 years, eventually developing leukemia and other blood disorders.
Research continued for the next forty years, primarily focusing on microwaves directed at an implant in the body. In 1989, the CIA discovered that by subjecting prisoners to electromagnetic fields, (9) the Russians were capable of inducing panic in the minds of prisoners, lowering their resistance to interrogation.
DARPA jumped in, setting up a research facility at Walter Reid Army Institute of Research, conducting experiments on monkeys to determine the effects of concentrated microwave frequencies. Tests were also conducted at the VA hospital in Kansas City, the University of Rochester, Brooks Air Force Base, Johns Hopkins, MIT, the Miter Corporation and the University of Pennsylvania, using unknowing and unwilling human subjects.
Electromagnetic weaponry became DARPA's fascination. A 1982 technical Air Force magazine claimed that electromagnetic fields could be used to interfere with the human brain function of the enemy to the extent of even causing death.
TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY TERRORISTS
So here we are in the 21st century. What is DARPA doing today to catch the bad guy?
First and foremost, who are the bad guys?
In April of 2013, Tony Perkins, President of the Family Research Council (FRC), on his "Washington Watch" (10) radio show, revealed that "a recent Army briefing (11) on 'religious extremism' declared evangelical Christians and Catholics are among the biggest threats to America, along with Islamic supremacist groups such as al-Qaida and Hamas."
Slide 24 of the PowerPoint presentation (12) lists the following examples of religious extremism:
- Evangelical Christianity (U.S./Christian)
- Ikhwan or Muslim Brotherhood (Egypt, Muslim)
- Ultra Orthodox (Israel, Judaism)
- Christian Identity (U.S./Christian)
- Al Qaeda (Transnational Islam)
- Hamas (Palestinian Islamist)
- Abu Sayyah (Philippines/Islam)
- Ku Klux Klan (U.S. Christian)
- Sri Ram Sene (India/Hindu)
- Catholicism (U.S./Christian)
- Kahane Movement/Kach (Israel, Jewish)
- Army of God (U.S./Christianity)
- Sunni Muslims (Iraq/Islam)
- Nation of Islam (U.S./Islam)
- Jewish Defense League (U.S./Judaism)
- Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (U.S./Mormon)
- Hutaree (U.S./Christian)
DARPA TO THE RESCUE
Arizona State University Center for Strategic Communication received, in 2012, a 6.1 million dollar research grant from DARPA to study the neurobiology of narrative comprehension and its connection between narrative and persuasion. The goal of this program is to control the thought processes—or "narrative"—of "groups of people" using magnetic stimulation.
Currently, Muslim extremists are the supposed target of the study (when in doubt, cry terrorism!), but how many steps away from Muslim extremism are any of the other 18 people listed, above?
Ben Swann (13) is a broadcast news journalist appearing on "Truth in Media." Swann recently aired an interview he conducted with a whistleblower who worked on the DARPA narrative program .
The whistleblower (WB), (14) wishing to remain anonymous, explained that initially, he thought it was simply an attempt to map the brain to determine which parts are affected by narrative persuasion. "They told me it was about trying to figure out what parts of the brain are affected by narrative persuasion, just to figure it out, just for academic reasons."
Presumably, understanding the brain's network will afford a way to predict how narrative influences memory, emotion, theory of mind, identity, and persuasion. It is hypothesized that these factors, in turn, "influence the decision to engage in political violence, or join violent groups, or support groups ideologically or financially."
According to DARPA researchers, the reason Muslims in the Middle East are swayed to religious violence, "is not because of the reality of what's going on around them, per se, but because they are believing local or regional narrative."
So they believe that they can "convince" Muslims to abandon the teachings of Mohammad, toss aside the Quran and all that goes with it. All of their PhDs and years of scientific research have helped them come to the conclusion that the brain automatically assumes things because of what it's been taught since childhood?
Well, no duh.
To skip over all the scientific mumbo-jumbo, DARPA researchers plan to wipe out all the extremist tendencies via transcranial magnetic stimulation (15)—which is basically the same old brain washing kick they've been on for 70 years.
This time, instead of using LSD or psychological torture, they're going to place a big magnet on the brain of whomever "they deem" in need of a good brainwashing.
"They're able to turn off the part of the brain and get rid of the master narrative that would make you not believe a particular statement. They would have 'validated' this propaganda so that if they turn off portion 'X' then they know that the propaganda is gonna work. The individual's going to believe whatever it's being told to do." WB said.
