Those looking to leave their car at home while sampling some of Seattle's over 20 craft and microbreweries can hop on board Road Dog Tours' Seattle Brewery Tour. Led by a guide well versed in the Seattle area beer culture, this trip will cover tastings at three breweries located throughout Seattle.
Included in each tour will be a trip to a larger, medium size and micro brewery, so visitors can experience the different types of breweries available throughout the Seattle area. Some of these breweries are not open for tastings to the general public so these tours will enable beer lovers an singular experience.
Along the way to each brewery, the knowledgable guide will educate guests about the history of brewing in Seattle and provide insight into the craft beer-making process. During the tour, one will get enough of a buzz during the tastings that it's good to have a designated driver so one fully enjoy the experience of sampling craft beer without worrying about driving around. Those who cannot consume beer on an empty stomach should eat beforehand and perhaps bring along a few snacks as food is not provided on this tour.
Each tour starts at $79.00 with includes all tasting fees. Guests will be picked up at one or two of the downtown hotels. At the end of the tour each guest will receive a Seattle Brewery Tour t-shirt and a souvenir pint glass. As these tours rotate breweries, one could take multiple tours if one wishes to experience a range of different beers.
