Eating out can be a true dilemma, especially when all you want to do is grab something healthy yet substantial for lunch. Fact is eating out can really put a crimp in your daily diet plans and some things may seem like healthy choices but have hidden calories and high fat.
Good news is that although there are many grease laden food failures lurking at many restaurants some food chains have really taken the time to include choices that even a nutritionist would love.
