Wednesday March 19, 2014: Yesterday's call to move beyond your comfort zone and do things differently lingers, but today finds you resisting that call to change. Do you step outside of your comfort zone and live your life differently or don't you? Life is full of complex fears, questions and emotions. And today those complex emotions can rise to the surface.

Don't fall into the trap of sentimentality, don't cry over spilt milk and don't let the fear of failing keep you from stepping outside the box you've been in. Reframe your past failures. Remember the words of Henry Ford: “Failure is only the opportunity to begin again more intelligently.”

Let intellect, compassion and intuition be your guide. Understand that the currents of change have thrown you off balance. First take time to steady yourself... then ask what your internal resistance is about.

Don't ruminate. Your ability to put complex feelings into words is enhanced today and it's important to express what you're feeling. Be honest with yourself and share what you're feeling with someone you trust.
