Whether you're 15 or 50, you can change your life by being happy with where you are right now. Life is a journey, not a destination.

Along the journey, there will be challenges and setbacks. You don't have to dwell on the setbacks. Instead, you can choose to be happy with your life, despite the challenges.

Take the #100HappyDays Challenge and see how it changes your life. It's easy to do and it's free. Register at the website, including the date you want your challenge to begin.

Every day for 100 days, submit a photo of something that made you happy that day. Share your photo each day on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. You can also email your daily photo or share with just a few friends.

Use the hashtag #100HappyDays when you share your photos. At the end of the 100 day challenge, you will have 100 moments of happiness to remember.

The purpose of the challenge isn't to one-up others in a race to be crowned king or queen of happiness, but to focus on the happiness you may overlook in everyday life.

Like the ABCs of Gratitude, your happiness will help you look at the positive things in your life instead of focusing on the negative.

By focusing on the positive, you will be in a better mood and realize how blessed you are. Spotlighting one happy moment in your life each day will help you to focus on what's going right in your life.

The 100 Happy Days Challenge will also influence others to find the happiness in their lives. You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain.

My challenge begins today with a photo of me and my husband enjoying our grandson's 13th birthday party. We were surrounded by family members who all love our grandson.

We've all watched this young man grow from a tiny baby to a teen who is polite, respectful, handsome, smart and wonderful in every way. It doesn't get much happier than that.

Let the challenge begin. Take the 100 Happy Days Challenge for yourself and for those you love. As you share your happiness, you will receive happiness in return.
