The next time your're stressed, just look at a baby or a cat.they alsways seem to have plenty of time to play and stretch. They both  spend a lot of time sleeping and sleep is a great stress reducer. Take a tip from the turtle, slow beats fast-paced every time.

Sharon Gasic is a nurse and biofeedback therapist at St Anthony's medical center. According to the Healthy Planet Magazine, people refer to her as the "turtle lady." She host relaxation Wednesday every week from 6 until 8 pm.at the Hyland Education center on the campus of St. Anthony's.

Deep breathing exercise are the way that the yogis and fakirs of India do those amazing things, like staying underground for long period of time without any air. Do you think that they could accomplish such feats if they didn't relax?. Probably not.

Did you know that anger is felt in the neck? Different kinds of stresses are felt as a tightness in  different parts of the body. The way to eleiminate this type of stress is to do exercises with that part of the body. If you are feeling angry for example, then a few neck exercises will work wonders.

durinmg the class, she focuses on some things that you can do to relax. They include meditatioon, deep breathing exercises, physical exercise, and having positive thoughts. Sounds pretty simple, doesn't it. All you really have to do is think about it.

She suggests that the next time you are out, try to slow down and notice five things around you that are positive. most people rush through life, but few take the time to stop and smell the roses along the way. You might just find that they smell pretty sweet.
