Take a jaunt along the 'Chocolate is For Lovers' Wine Trail

Clevelanders have the opportunity to celebrate their love for both chocolate and wine when they participate in one of the self-driving tours along Ohio's Vines and Wines Trail at the Northeast Ohio wineries hosting the "Chocolate is For Lovers" events on Friday, January 31, Saturday, February 1, Friday, February 7 and Saturday, February 8.

"Chocolate is For Lovers" Events Taking place from noon - 6 p.m. on the specified dates, each person will receive a candy dish and chocolates. At each winery stop guests will sample wines and enjoy a complimentary appetizer.

Participating wineries are Debonne Vineyards in Madison, Emerine Estates in Jefferson, Ferrante Winery & Ristorante in Geneva, Goddess Wine House in Ashtabula, Grand River Cellars in Madison, Old Firehouse Winery in Geneva-on-the-Lake, Maple Ridge Vineyards in Madison, The Lakehouse Inn Winery in Geneva-on-the-Lake, Old Mill Winery in Geneva, The Winery at Spring Hill in Geneva, Kosicek Vineyards in Harpersfield and the Virant Family Winery in Geneva.

Tickets for the "Chocolate is For Lovers" wine events are $50 for couples and $40 for individuals. The tickets are good for all 4 days that the Vines & Wine Trail is open. Reservations are required. When making reservations, indicate at which winery you would like to pick up your candy dish.
