The test starts out by asking you to select one statement in a group of 24 pairs of statements that most appeal to you assuming each choice is equal in pay, prestige and challenge. You simply proceed through each of the 24 sets selecting which answer out of each pair suits you best. Some examples of the questions are:

When you complete the 24 questions, you will be asked to submit your name and email along with other optional questions about your education and work experience and zip code.
You are then directed to see your results immediately on the screen which reveals your interests and your style in a color coded format indicating which type of jobs suit you best based upon your answers to the questions. Red is expediting, green is communicating, blue is planning and yellow is administrating. You can read a brief description as to how your interests and how your style would be best served in the work force. You, then will be given an option to select other quizzes such as your Job Discovery Wizard, Job satisfaction, color career counselor and a career planner report. All of the quizzes are voluntary and free. You can take all of the quizzes suggested, or you can stop after completing one test.
Your answers can be used in pinpointing the type of jobs for which to search. For instance, if you scored a yellow color code, you may want to begin searching for administrative type of jobs.
