TAG Burger Bar (1222 Madison Street) will host a boisterous night of beers, bikes, burgers, and beverages on Thursday, March 6th from 5-9 PM to benefit 1400 Miles - a charity that uses a bike and a beer to spark the conversation with stubborn guys about prostate health.

Presented by Dwell Denver Real Estate and Pints for Prostates, the "Drink, Bike, Live Longer" event is free to attend, and features fantastic food and drink specials with proceeds going to help help fuel 1400 Miles in 2014. Enjoy $5 craft beers from Oskar Blues and Epic Brewing, $3 wines from Infinite Monkey Theorem, and $4 vials of the mysterious Magical Blue Elixir. A silent auction will also take place with all kinds of prizes and goodies available.

To help spread awareness on prostate health, 1400 Miles holds an annual ‘Big Ride’ - a fully supported journey of a lifetime on a road bike spanning 1400 miles from Austin, TX to Denver, CO. The crew will be on hand at the March 6th event to answer questions about the ride and educate attendees on how they can participate.

According to the National Cancer Institute, more than 238,000 men were diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2013. Nearly 30,000 men will die from the disease this year. Prostate cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in American men and is largely preventable.

No tickets are required to attend this special event, so stop by and help out a great cause! For more information, or to ask questions from an event organizer, visit the Facebook event page by clicking here.
