T.W. Ministries braves storm for prayer service

Storm or no storm, many traveled via ground or air transportation to attend the annual gathering of T.W. Ministries, Inc. supporters on Feb. 9 after 40 days of prayer and fasting.

Winter Storm Nemo may have closed several churches across the area, but not the Hebron French-speaking Seventh-day Adventist Church in Brooklyn who hosted the Georgia-based ministry for the weekend. Despite the low turnout in comparison to previous years, four men and women were baptized on Saturday evening.

T.W. Ministries, Inc. is a "worldwide Christian community network" with an audience of nearly 3,000 listeners who dial in, log online, or tune into the radio for the three to four daily sessions of prayer, praise, .and a Word from God.
