T-Mobile's first HSPA+ smartphone is set to launch in the very near future, and with the HSPA+ network increasing in availability, so is information on the first device to use the increased speed. A teaser site went up on T-Mobile that, while not giving out much information, gives you the opportunity to stay in the loop via an email sign-up list.
The official name for the device is not yet known, but it will be manufactured by HTC and is currently going under the names 'Vision' or 'Vanguard'. It's also interesting to note that this may or may not be the 'Emerald' that was hinted at by a leaked 'roadmap' of T-Mobile's upcoming phones ('Emerald' being the rumored dual-core processor also being rumored to be manufactured by HTC). Whether or not the phone being hinted at in the teaser site will sport a processor faster than 1ghz, it's still very impressive to have another smartphone that can hit 4G-like speeds.
