T-Mobile is one of many cell phone providers a person can choose from when deciding on a cell phone company that you want to purchase a pre-paid or contract phone from.
Darrell Farmer who has been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over thirteen years has had constant trouble with both his cell phones for over 8 months that are listed on his contract that he signed and Darrell’s contract with T-Mobile will be over in the month of August.
Darrell has had problems on both cell phone lines such as dropped calls, not able to receive or make calls, and many times when trying to make calls he could not make any calls other than an emergency call to 911.
Darrell has called T-Mobile customer service multiple times over the past 8 months and has had troubleshooting done on both lines by T-Mobile technical care department multiple times with no increase in signal and no increase in the ability to make or receive calls.
Finally Darrell wrote a letter to the T-Mobile corporate office to ask for an early termination of his contract because of all the constant problems he has had with his cell phone service.
Darrell got a response from the letter he sent to the corporate T-Mobile office on 02/20/2013. The letter was from a Manuel Oscarlero that works in the T-Mobile customer relations department.
Mr. Manuel Oscarlero of T-Mobile customer relations department states in his letter that T-Mobile is unable to waive the early termination fees but Mr. Farmer could ask for a change of responsibility of the contract.
Mr. Manuel Oscarlero also makes the following statements in his letter to Mr. Farmer:
1. Please be advised, T-Mobile is unable to guarantee coverage in all locations and provides coverage maps on our website which include street level approximations of coverage.
2. We know how frustrating it is to have disconnections while having a conversation over the phone or not being able to receive or send messages.
3. Please note that our coverage map indicates that your area has very good signal strength and we urge you to complete additional troubleshooting to determine the cause of the issues you are experiencing.

According to the statement labeled 1, Mr. Manuel Oscarlero of T-Mobile in the customer relations department his statement reads, T-Mobile is unable to guarantee coverage in all locations and provides coverage maps on our website which include street level approximations of coverage.
Statement labeled 3 states, Please note that our coverage map indicates that your area has very good signal strength and we urge you to complete additional troubleshooting to determine the cause of the issues you are experiencing.
Darrell allegedly believes because of T-Mobiles deceptive and misleading commercial advertisements of faster more reliable service are grounds for false and misleading advertisement and this belief is backed by Mr. Manuel Oscarlero in his statement that T-Mobile is unable to guarantee coverage in all locations and provides coverage maps on our website which include street level approximations of coverage.
On these grounds Darrell Farmer allegedly believes T-Mobile is in beach of their contract to provide faster more reliable service to Mr. Farmer and other T-Mobile customers Mr. Farmer knows and also wishes they would have never signed a contract with T-Mobile.
