If you have 20 minutes, you can get in shape.

So says "So You Think You Can Dance" finalist, Ashleigh Di Lello.

The Latin ballroom champ and her husband Ryan were the first married couple to be voted all the way to the finale of the hit FOX show, "So You Think You Can Dance." They also have appeared in the Broadway show "Burn the Floor" and appeared in the all new "Dancing with the Stars – Live in Las Vegas."

Ashleigh and Ryan are known for their fitness, and the fact that they like to live a healthy lifestyle. That feedback prompted them to launch their new health and fitness program: Power20Fitness.

"I've found out that the reason most people say they can't workout is that they don't time," Ashleigh explained to me in an interview. "It's been proven by research that 20 minutes with the right exercises at the right intensity is all we really need."

Ashleigh's words should be heard.

Di Lello battled back from an illness that could've taken her life.

"Health and fitness has been a passion for both of us," admits the new mom. "Even more than dance. "I was sick for 4 1/2 years and I was told, if I was going to survive, (and dance) I had to do strength training. Before I could dance I had to do strength training and work my body and endure."

She says that the most difficult part of getting fit, is starting the process.

"People feel uncomfortable at the gym, but with Power20Fitness, they won't experience that feeling at all."

Di Lello hails from Utah, the home state of many of the dancers on ABC's "Dancing With the Stars."

I asked why Utah produces so many great dancers?

"Utah is a big performing arts state," Di Lello stated proudly. "Being involved in arts is encouraged. Just like sports teams, junior high and high schools have a ballroom dance team. BYU has biggest ballroom dancing program and are world champs."

Di Lello says that has caused a ripple effect and many more top dance teachers and coaches have moved to Utah.

Some of the great TV dancers calling Utah home are Derek and Julianne Hough, Mark Ballas, Chelsie Hightower, and Lindsay Arnold.

I believe Di Lello when she says all it takes is those magic 20 minutes.

"No excuses," says Di Lello. "We can all find 20 minutes."
